The journey towards inclusive design as a natural part of the process across the whole organization and seeing the effects has been so rewarding.

As Senior Design Manager in the Users department, I have the privilege of leading an amazing design team that's dedicated to making the Vipps and MobilePay apps the best they can be. With 11 million users in the Nordics and growing, we're always looking for new ways to dazzle ✨ our users.

In my previous role as lead designer for our online payments and ID services, I learned firsthand how important it is to stay ahead of the curve and anticipate our users' needs. That's why we're constantly experimenting with new features that make Vipps MobilePay even more indispensable.
